No warranty
ovr calculates deadlines, dates, prices and amounts from what you enter and from your documents, or reads them out automatically. They can be incomplete or wrong. Calculated cancellation dates are estimates and are marked “calculated”. Only your contract documents are authoritative – please check important dates yourself.
No legal advice
Cancellation letters are drafts. ovr doesn’t send them. You check the details and send the cancellation yourself. ovr is not responsible if a cancellation doesn’t arrive, is late, or has missing or wrong details. “Marked as cancelled” in the app is not confirmation from the provider.
Reminders
Notifications are a help, not a guarantee – for example if notifications are off or the device is switched off.
Face ID
Face ID only locks ovr’s screen. It doesn’t encrypt your contracts or PDFs. Once the iPhone is unlocked they can be read on the device, and the widget can show deadlines while the app is locked.
Liability
ovr is provided free of charge. Liability for damage arising from its use is limited to intent and gross negligence, as far as the law allows. Mandatory consumer protection law is not affected.
Licence
Use of the app is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
Trademarks
Trademarks, logos and company names belong to their respective owners. ovr is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by these companies. Provider names and – if “Show provider logos” is turned on under Settings → Appearance – logos are used only to help you recognise your own contracts.
